Is the VAT shown on the invoices?

Yes, invoices are created with VAT (sales tax). Customers from other European countries with a valid VAT number can buy without VAT in our online store.

 

Is a purchase on account possible?

This service is only available for schools, universities, public institutions and German companies (after checking). For further information please contact our sales department by E-Mail.

 

Why I am asked for my phone number?

If there is a shipping problem then we or the shipping company can contact you by telephone.

 

Is a shipment possible to pack stations?

Yes, this is possible with DHL. Please enter your data as follows:

  • Post number as the company name
  • Pack station as street
  • Pack station number as the house number
 

There was a problem during the order. What should I do?

First, check your account if the order has been received correctly. If not, then please contact us by E-Mail with the order number and date.

 

What are the order states?

Open: We have not received the payment via Credit Card, PayPal or Sofortueberweisung. The order will not be processed with this state. Please check also your PayPal account.

Received: The order has been registered and will be reviewed.

Pending: The order has been processed by our ERP-System and is now waiting for the shipment or receipt of payment (bank transfer).

Shipped: The order is packed and will be picked up by the shipper the same day or the next business day.

Error during payment: An error has occurred during the payment with Credit Card, PayPal or Sofortueberweisung. Please contact us by E-Mail to solve the problem. The order will not be processed with this state.

 

When will my order be delivered?

We ship orders the same day, if the payment is cleared before 3:00pm. On weekends or holidays there will be no shippings. These orders will be shipped out on the next working day. In individual cases, there can be a delay sometimes.

The payment process has to be completed to ship your order. You will first receive an E-Mail with the payment receipt and then your order will be released for shipment. If you have paid and have not received a payment message after one business day on PayPal/CreditCard/Sofortuebwerweisung or 3 working days on payments in advance, please check at first your account. If the amount is booked, please send us an E-Mail with the following information:

  • Name
  • Order No.
  • Payment method
  • Payment date
  • Amount
  • PayPal transaction ID

We will then contact you to solve the problem immediately.

 

How long is the delivery time?

The shipping with DHL takes 1-4 days and packages are delivered from Monday till Saturday.
You can track the package status online with the tracking link you receive on the shipping day via E-Mail or you can log into your account.
If you have problems, please contact the DHL Customer Service.
Please note: Once a package is on its way, the delivery address is not modifiable.
