This year we will be closed from 12/21/2020 until 01/03/2021.
Our shipping department is still operating until December 23rd and will send all parcels that have been received by 12 noon on December 23rd, 2020.
Here is a short overview for the normal DHL delivery times:
Germany Express: Order by 12/22/2020 12 noon, delivery by 12/24/2010
Germany Standard: Order by 12/20/2020 12 noon, sheduled delivery before 12/24/2010
Europe Express: Order by 12/22/2020 12 noon, delivery by 12/24/2010
Europe standard: Order by 12/18/2020 12 noon, sheduled delivery before 12/24/2010
The last shipments will leave our warehouse on December 23, 2010. No orders will be sent between December 24th, 2020 and January 3rd, 2021, as the warehouse will be closed during this period due to company holidays. Therefore it is not possible for us to send goods during this time.
Of course, you can continue to order online as usual. The orders will then be processed and prepared for shipping from January 4th, 2021.
